He worked for the 4-Wheel Drive Company at Clintonville for 16 years. He was manufacturing representative for the Capital City Culvert Company of Madison. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Holy Name Society, Oconto Falls Business Mens Association, President of the Kelly Lake Advancement Association.
Survivors include two sons, James, Littletown, Colo.; John, Bloomington, Ill.; two brothers, Ernest, Des'Raemanx, Chicago, Ill.; Ralph O'Neil, Oconto Falls; two sisters, Mrs. Elmer John, Milwaukee; Mrs. George Crooks, Green Bay; five grandchildren.
