RITES TUESDAY FOR TOM SAGLE; 
FORMER FALLS RESIDENT. 

OCONTO FALLS - Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday afternoon for Thomas Robert Sagle of Mountain. He died Saturday at St. Vincent's hospital in Green Bay, after having suffered a stroke on Tuesday.

The Rev. Karl Diemer officiated at the rites at the Soulick Funeral Home at two o'clock. Burial took place in Woodlawn Cemetery, with Roy Hewitt, Gordon Rabe, Bert Kain, Carl Wold, Demey Brunette and Earl Whiting carrying the casket.

Mr. Sagle was born at Gillett June 22, 1883 but moved to Oconto Falls as a child. He married the former Irene Gertrude Bagle on February 2, 1903 at Menasha. They lived in Oconto Falls until 1939 where Mr. Sagle was employed by the Falls Power and Paper mill. In 1939 they moved to Anderson Lake where they operated the Tip Top Resort and then moved to Mountain, which has been their home ever since.

Mr. Sagle is survived by his wife, two sons, Lester of Menasha and Robert of Suamico, and a sister, Mrs. Lillian Whyte of Chicago, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Five daughters, two sons and four brothers preceded him in death.
