Troy M. HAINES

Troy M. Haines, 77, of Waukegan, IL and Lena, WI died Sunday, January 16, 2000, at the V.A. Medical Center in North Chicago.

He was born March 27, 1922, in Galesburg, IL. He was an army veteran of World War 11 serving in the 9th Division, 916th Field Artillery in Italy. He was a master bricklayer by trade and known for riding his motorcycle year-round for many years. Come rain, shine or sleet.

He is survived by three sons, Dr. Troy R. (Jeannette) Haines of Beach Park, IL, Dwayne (Dian) Haines of Oconto, WI, Shane (Suzanne) Haines of Green Bay, WI; two daughters, Yvonne Farrington of Fox Lake, IL, and Debra (Cory) Albers of Abrams, WI. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother Ethel Stehno, (nee Quinlin). Visitation was held at Salata-Gurnee Funeral Home, 4190 Old Grand Avenue, Gurnee, IL. Memorial services and interment were private. Donations may be made to the Hospice Center at the V.A. Medical Center in North Chicago, 3001 Green Bay Rd., 60064.
