Thomas McNulty Passed Away This Morning

Survived by Three Sons and Two Daughters ---- Funeral to Be Held Saturday

Thomas McNulty, a pioneer resident of the county, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. James L. Murphy, on lower Main street this morning at four o'clock, after an illness of two months following a paralytic stroke.

Deceased was born in Ireland in 1837 and when one year old moved to Canada with his parents and when 24 years of age went to Massachusetts where he was married to Mary Burns who preceded him in death 10 years ago last July. In 1874 Mr. McNulty came to Oconto County and settled on a farm in School Section where he lived until seven years ago when he retired and went to live with his daughter. Four years ago he came to Oconto to live with Mrs. Murphy.

Mr. McNulty leaves to mourn his loss three sons, Thomas of Oconto, Joseph of Saunders, Mich., and William of Green Bay and two daughters, Mrs. Otto Boehnert of Menominee, Mich., and Mrs. James Murphy of Oconto. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.

The funeral will be held Saturday morning at nine o'clock from St. Joseph's church, Rev. Fr. Becker to officiate, and his remains will be interred in Catholic cemetery. ___________________
