She was born February 21, 1964. She attended Menasha High School and furthered her education by attending Fox Valley Technical College's Culinary Arts program and the IBA School of Cosmetology. Terri enjoyed the Alaskan Wilderness, her friends, family, and the adventures that nature had to offer her.
Survivors include her three sons Christopher, GlenAllen, AK, Matthew and Joshua, both of Neenah; her siblings Elmer Fingal (Bobbi), Charles Fingal, Kathryn Baez (Valentin) and Daniel Fingal; her parents, Elmer Fingal, Pennsylvania and Judith Woolcott (William) of Neenah along with numerous relatives throughout the U.S.
Memorial services will be held at Maison Belle Chapel at 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 29 with Pastor James Schmitz officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
