Ted was born April 18, 1914 in Duck Creek to the late Joseph and Helen GRZYBOWSKI. A 1932 graduate of West High School, he enjoyed and was a member of Golden Gloves boxing. In his younger years he drove truck for Northern Metal and Roofing and served as president of the Teamsters Local Union 75. During World War II he worked as a shipbuilder in Sturgeon bay, WI. Ted was a builder and real estate developer, an avid golfer and enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially bow hunting, and was a member of the Elks Lodge 259.
Alice was a volunteer at St. Mary's Hospital "Mary Guild" and St. Vincent de Paul. She enjoyed playing cards and looked forward to spending time with the members of her card club who had been together for 50 years.
They both enjoyed traveling together and the times they spent in Florida.
Survivors include two sons and three daughters-in-law, Roger and Cathy GRYBOSKI, Green Bay, WI; Tom and Marilyn GRYBOSKI, Lakewood, WI; Nancy TURNER, Green Bay; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Lois and Michael LOPS, Chicago, IL; Linda and John MANN, Anacortes, WA; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
They were preceded in death by one son, Charles GRYBOSKI; Ted was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Richard, Joseph, Ernie, Stella, Hatti, Alvina and Violet; Alice was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond, and a sister, Irma.
Friends called at Lyndahl funeral Home, Green Bay, where a wake service was held. Funeral services were conducted Monday 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with the Rev. John VanDeuren officiating. Burial at the St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Duck Creek.
