Terrance A. Cook, 42, formerly of Green Bay, died unexpectedly Saturday, January 14, 1995, in a local hospital. The son
of Clara
Truckey and the late Frank Cook was born October 6, 1952 in Oconto. Terry was a graduate of Oconto High School
Class of 1970.
He received his degree in education from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 1974. Terry was employed as a
teacher with St.
Nicholas School in Freedom for 19 years. He was very active at his church being a lector, C.C.D. teacher and member of
the church
choir. Terry was also a member of the Knights of Columbus through SS. Peter and Paul Church. He truly enjoyed his time
spent in
and working with the church. He was a loving and caring member of his family and community whose absence will be
felt.
Survivors include his mother, Clara Truckey; stepfather, Amos Truckey, Oconto; one brother and sister-in-law, Tom and
Ann Cook,
Oconto; one sister, Barbara Smith, Menominee Falls; nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Malcore Funeral Home, University Avenue at Baird Street Monday 3 to 9 p.m. and prior to the
service Tuesday.
Parish Wake service Monday 7 p.m. Funeral Tuesday 9 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Church with the Rev.Earl Schuh
officiating.
Burial at Oconto Catholic Cemetery.
