.Selma Kenders, 90, of Pulaski dies Jan. 28, 1996. The former Salma Rabajdek was born Oct. 17, 1905 to Francis and MaryAnn [Stazak] Robajdek. She married John Kenders in Illinois. She taught school in Kenosha and in the old country schools during the Pulaski era for 35 yrs. She was a member of the Assumption BVM and Pulaski Golden Agers.
Survivors are two daughters and sons in law; Marvelyn and Clyde Cornell, Green Bay; Diane Mink, Tampa, Fla.;seven grandgranchildren; nine greatgranchildren; three sisters, Helen Sinda, of Liberyville, Ill; Angine Swinkle of Freedom; Irene Winrow of Minocqua; two stepsons, John Kenders of Chicago, Ill.; Albert [Gladys] Kenders of Kenosha; two stepdaughters Adeline Dalziel of Lake Villa,Ill; Dorothy [Donald] Waite of Wautouma; several stepchildren and their families.
She was preceded in death by her husband in
1961; one grandson, Clyde Cornell, Jr.; one granddaughter Debra Mink; four
brothers and one sister. Friends may call at Assmumption BVM Church
Pulaski; after 10am Wednesday. Funeral at 11am Wed. at the church. Burial
in cemetery. .
