STANLEY PAWLAK, 88, of Lena

Services were held on Wednesday morning for Stanley Pawlak, 88, of Lena. He died May 17 at Ocanto Falls Hospital after a short illness

Stanley retired 20 years ago after farming in the town of Spruce for many years. He was born in the Town of Eaton Poland, in Brown County. He married the former Josephien Klimczak [Klamczak] on March 2, 1908. After, they settled in the town of Spuce.

Besides his widow he is survived by seven daughters; Miss Martha Pawlak, Mrs. Henry {Gertrude] Rausch, Mrs. John {Regina] Klarkowski and Mrs. Marvin {Lucille] Hoida, all of Green Bay, Mrs. John {Frances] Lipinski of Oregon, Mrs. John [Helen] Wilinski, jr of Pulaski, Mrs. Paul {Genevieve} Klimczak of Milwaukee; four sons, Adam, Mike and Edward all of Lena, Harry of Gillett; one brother Wencil of Lena; 49 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were two sons Henry in 1924 and Wencil in 1934, and parents, John in 1907 and mother Michalina [Nowak] in 1924.

He also helped with his wife in delivering his children after his mother died.
