Mr. Makos was employed for 28 years at Green Bay Drop Forge, retiring in 1970.
Survivors include his wife, Martha; three daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis and Patrick DeGrand, Diana and Jim VanSchyndle, and Shirley and Mark Maloney, all of Green Bay; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Julius and Betty, Coleman; William, Kel-ly Lake; Peter and Joan, Col-eman; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Helen Sternard, El Monte, Calif.; Irene and Ed Greers, Port Washington; Viola and Jerry Parson, and Alice and Art Lentz, all of Coleman; three grandchildren, Edward and Keith DeGrand, and Gayle Combs; one great-grandson, Andrew Combs.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Final rites were held Wed., Dec. 23 at the Lyndahl Funeral Home, Green Bay, with the Rev. Paul Tweeten officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. 3h>
