.Rolla Shufelt, 73, died
Sunday in Little River
.
Rolla Bruce Shufelt, 73, pioneer farmer of Oconto,
passed away at his farm in the town of Little River Sunday at 6:30 a. m.
Funeral services were held at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the home
with Rev. Gerald Smith officiating. Services were conducted by the I.O.O.F.
lodge. Pall bearers were his grandsons, and the flowers were in charge
of his granddaughters. Funeral services were in charge of the Gallagher
Funeral home and interment was in the Evergreen cemetery in Oconto.
Mr. Shufelt was born December 11, 1865 in New
York State and came to Oconto county about sixty-five years ago. He is
survived by two daughters, Mrs. John Reed and Mrs. Frank McMonagle; tow
sons, Lyle and Leslie, all of Oconto, sixteen grandchildren and eight great
grandchildren.
