Richard was born June 23, 1967 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Frederick William Dilsner Jr. and Helen Mae Christen-sen. Richard graduated Oconto High School in 1985. He earned a scholarship to Wyoming Tech.
In Larmie, Wyoming which he graduated from after two years. Richard worked for Karcz Ford Mercury for nine years and then for Bay City Chrysler, Green Bay. Richard was a member of the Oconto Gun Club. Richard is survived by one daughter, Taylor Albert; one brother, Frederick William Dilsner III, Cocoa, FL; and one sister, Stacy Gustafson, Cocoa, FL.
The family received relatives and friends at the Oconto Gospel Chapel on Saturday July 14, 2001 from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Funeral services were conducted 4 p.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. Bob Schut officiating. The Gallagher Funeral Home assisted the family.
