She was born December 30, 1915 in the Town of Green Valley, to the late Mathias and Grace (Lutsey) Strupp. Ruth married Paul J. Blasky in 1935. He preceded here in death March, 1971. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Gillett, and the Altar Society.
Ruth is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Donald and Elsie, Puerto Rico; Norbert, Willow Grove, PA; James and Marsha, Elmhurst, IL; one brother and Norbert and: Verna Strupp, Town of Green Valley; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grand-children.
She was preceded in death by one brother, George Strupp; three sisters, Gertrude Pershbacher, Alice Strupp, and Irene Bohm. \
Friends called at St. John Catholic Church, Gillett, Thursday after 10 a.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial was 11 a.m. Thursday, January 14, 1999 at the church, with the Rev. John M. Gallagher officiating. Interment in Assumption BVM Cemetery, Pulaski. Kuehl Funeral Home, Gillett, assisted Ruth's family with arrangements.
