Mr. and Mrs. Benson Schaub have returned from Clarendon Hills, Illinois where they were called by the death of the former’s brother Reginald who had been ill since January. He was 56 years of age. Reginald R. Schaub came to Oconto Falls with his parents the late Mr. and Mrs. A.E. Schaub, in 1907. After attending the local schools, of which his father was superintendent, he attended Lawrence College at Appleton for 3 years, and then joined the Army.

At the close of World War 1, he went to the University of Wisconsin and completed a course in electrical engineering. After graduation he accepted a position with the Western Electric in Chicago where he was employed until he became ill.

His death occurred May 4th at the Elmhurst Hospital at Elmhurst. Funeral rites were held from the Pheiffer Funeral chapel in Hinsdale on May 7th and burial took place in Hillside cemetery.

Survivors are his wife, two daughters, Kathleen, 19, a sophomore at the University of Illinois and Sara aged 10. Besides his Brother Benson, he is survived by a half sister, Mrs. Alice Hazeltine of Baraboo and a half brother, Will of Elkhart, Indiana.
