Roy was born on February 26, 1928 in Scandia, Michigan, the son of Newton and Minnie (Schelski) McMahon. Roy married Kathleen Belmore.
He is survived by wife, Kathleen, Townsend; daughters Aleta (Kenn) Morrison, Altus, OK, Annette (Bryon) Gerick, Big Bend, WI; Audeen (Rocky) Gloede, Orland Hills, IL; sons Allan (Judy) McMahon, Pardeeville, WI; Arnold (Orvetta) McMahon, Milwaukee; Anthony (Bonnie) McMahon, Green Bay; sisters Waunetah (John) Gabor, Cudahy; Marion (Robert) Mohland, Milwaukee; 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grand-children; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded by his parents, five brothers and two sisters. Mass of Christian Burial was conducted 11 a.m. Friday, Febuary 26, 1999 at St. Mary's of The Lakes Catholic Church, Lakewood with Father Jerry Schmidt officiating. Visitation was held at the church. Interment at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Lakewood. Suminski Funeral Home, Wabeno assisted the family with arrangements.
