Robert G. (Bob) Woller, 80, Pound, died Wednesday, July 18, 2001 at Rennes Health Center-West, Peshtigo.

The son of the late Henry and Meta (Rupp) Woller was born August 6, 1920 in Milwaukee. Bob was a 1938 graduate of Coleman High School and was a veteran of WWII having served in the Army Air Corp. from 1940-45. He was married to the former Lorraine Seils on August 4, 1951 at Coleman. Bob was a rural mail carrier for 35-40 years. Re was a charter member of the Coleman-Pound Lions Club and a past president of the club; member of the rural mail carrier's assco.; director of the Farmers State Bank, Coleman/ Pound; member of the Kalbes-Seewald American Legion Post No. 280, Coleman; and a member of Ss. Francis & Wenceslaus Church, Coleman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine, on July 27, 1994.

Surviving are three brothers Art (Pat) Woller of Pound, Jim (Bette) Woller of Stevens Point, and Don (Liz) Woller of Green Bay; one sister, Rosemary Woller of Green Bay; nieces and nephews. Besides his parents and wife he was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Friends called at Ss. Francis & Wenceslaus Church, Coleman from 9 a.m. Saturday, July 21, until the time of services. The Coleman-Pound Lions Club conducted services at 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. John Hephner officiating. Interment in St. Leo Catholic Cemetery, Pound. The American Legion and VFW conducted military rites at graveside. Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman was in charge of arrangements.
