Patricia " Patsy" A. Whitcomb Renquin

Patricia "Patsy" A. Renquin died on June 1, 2000. Born on September 9, 1933 in Little Suamico, she is the daughter of the late Crosby G. and Margaret A. (McAllister) Whitcomb. She married Earl J. Renquin, Sr. on May 24, 1952 at St. Louis Church in Abrams; he preceded her to eternal life on June 22, 1994. For many years Patsy worked as a nursing assistant at St. Vincent Hospital. She volunteered many hours of her time with the Northeast Neighborhood Association and the Girl Scouts of America. Patsy loved craftwork, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She loved being involved in any activity that involved her grandchildren including concerts, baseball games, pageants, church programs, football games, track meets, homecomings, cheerleading and church functions.

She is survived by her seven children and spouses: Buck and Val Renquin of Sobieski, Ron and Meg Renquin of Green Bay, Kathy Schenk of Green Bay, Ginny and Alan Orr of Oconto, Peg and Dale Clark of Green Bay, Steven Renquin of De Pere, Laurie and John Keating of Green Bay.

Further survived by 23 grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Charles Violette; one brother and sister-in-law, Patrick and Carolyn Whitcomb; many nieces and nephews; her best friend, Audrey Nail; other special family members: Paul Dorn, Gordy Schenk and Connie Renquin.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl; one sister, Sally Danecki.

Friends called at Malcore Funeral Home, University Avenue at Baird Street, Green Bay. Parish wake service was held. Mass of Christian Burial was conducted Monday 11 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church (corner of St. John and Madison), Green Bay. Monsignor Roy Klister officiated and Deacon Pat Whitcomb assisted. Burial in Brookside Cemetery.

All her life, Mom gave freely to others. In death she gave the last gifts possible, through tissue and marrow donation.
