Orrie G. Nauman, 85, 218 Center St. Oconto, died Thursday morning , Dec. 6, 1990, at his residence following a one-year illness. Mr. Nauman was born Sept 15, 1905, in the town of Green Valley to the late Fred and Sophie (Pederson) Nauman. He married the former Mildred Barribeau May 29, 1937, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Oconto. He worked for the Oconto Highway Department for 44 years until retirement in 1970. He was a member of St. Peter's catholic Church, Oconto.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred; one son and daughter-in-law, Gordon and Monica Nauman, Howard; one sister and brother-in-law, Maye and Tom Murry, Titusville, Fla.; one grandson, Kirk.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Lyman; and one sister, Frances Bleser.

Friends may call at the Rhodes-Charapats Funeral Home, Oconto, from 4 to 9 pm Friday. Parish wake service 8 pm Funeral 10 am Saturday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Valentine Myslicki O.F.M. officiating. Burial in Oconto Catholic cemetery.
