Norma was born April 28. 1940 in Flintvillc to Joyce Lu Count and the late Norman Terry. She married John Brickner on May 9. 1959 in Flintville. She was been a resident of Mountain for the past 13 years, belonging to St. Michael's Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband John; one daughter and son-in-law. Kathy (Jay) Yakel of De Pere; two sons, Terry (Tina) Brickner of Appleton. Richard Brickner of Pulaski and her fiance. Wendy Rueckert of Appleton; mother, Mrs. Joyce VanderVelden and stepfather, Henry, Mountain; brother. Joe (Pani) Terry of Peshtigo; two stepbrothers, Donald (Eileen) VanderVelden of Madison and Darroll VanderVelden of Waukesha; eight sisters. Mary (Jerry) McKeefry of Pulaski; Margaret (David) Schuh of Isaar; Shirley (Julius) Kacxmurowski of Morgan; Lois (Joseph) Burdeau of Green Bay; Colleen (David) Marcks. Nicolleen (Alan) Baranczyk. Theresa (Mike) Gwidt and Patricia (Brian) Wyckoff. all of Pulaski; four grandchildren. Heather. John, Corey and Brell; preceded in death by her father.
Friends called at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home. Suring. Tuesday, a prayer vigil was also held. Funeral Mass Wednesday St. Michael Catholic Church Chapel. Chute Pond, the Rev. Frank Melchior officiated. Burial in Mountain Cemetery. A memorial has been established in Norma's name.
