OCONTO, Wis.- Nick Strack, 76, pioneer inn keeper of this city died at his home here at 6:15 yesterday morning. The body was removed to the Gagnon Funeral home and the funeral will be held Monday at 10 o'clock at the residence with the Rev. L. C. Becker officiating. Interment will be in the Oconto Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. Strack was born in Bay Settlement, March 31, 1860, and came to Oconto as a boy. For a time he was a woods camp cook and engaged in logging operations. Later, during the lumberjack days when each spring the woodsmen (this is where the article ends).
