On September 29, 1934 she married Morris Rymer in Chicago, IL. Norine lived in Oconto County for all her life where she helped in the family real estate and auction business. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Oconto Falls and had been active in the Council of Catholic Women. She was also a member of the Oconto Falls Women's Club and was responsible for the group's starting the sale of items in the bank basement many years ago.
Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Leland T. "Lee" and Judy Rymer, Oconto Falls; two grandchildren Jill Rymer and Michael (Holly) Rymer, all of Green Bay; her one brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Jenny Rymer, Dallas, TX; Neal and Lorraine Rymer, Morgan; her very special friends: caregiver, Faye; neighbor, Janet Malcomson; niece, Pat Grenke.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Morris on May 24, 1997, an infant son, Gerald, one brother, Rufus Salter and two sisters Kathleen Fisher and Ruth Moen.
Friends called at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Oconto Falls after 4 p.m. Monday, March 11 until the time of services. Mass of Christian Burial was conducted 7 p.m. Monday at the church with the Rev. Fr. Harold Beerntsen and Patricia DeGroot, parish director officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Jones Funeral Service, Oconto Falls, served the Rymer family.
