Survivors include; four sons, John (Phyllis) Nahwahquah, Zoar, Joseph (Cindy) Nahwahquah, Wind Lake, Lee "Hoof" (Doreen) Waupoose, Peter (Cheryl) Waupoose, all of Milwaukee; one daughter, Winifred (Arturo) Casarez, Milwaukee, special friend, Lisa Lyons, Keshena, 29 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, special friends, Olo Conners and Nelda (Kapishkowit) Goodman.
She was preceded in death by four children, Doris, Michael Allen, Dennis and Carletta, two brothers, Bernard Waubanascum, William Waubanascum Dr., and one sister, Phyliss Tourtillot.
Services began after noon on Friday at the Zoar Ceremonial Building with Mr. Bill Daniels officiating. Burial will be at 2 PM Sunday, Jan. 16 at the Zoar Indian Burial Grounds. Swedberg Funeral Home, Shawano (715-526-2631), is in charge of arrangements.
