Mary Westcott, 90, Passes at Abrams
Oconto, Wis.--Mrs. Mary Westcott, 90, a resident of Abrams since her
childhood, died there at the home of a son, Richard, Tuesday afternoon
of complications from a hip fracture of three weeks ago. She was born in
Fort Howard, now a part of Green Bay, on April 24, 1856.
The body was to be returned to the son's home from the Gallagher Funeral
Parlors. The rosary will be recited there at 8 o'clock Thursday night.
The Rev. Frank Helwig, Stiles, will officiate at rites to be held at 8:30
Friday morning at the residence and 9 o'clock in St. Louis Catholic Church,
Stiles.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dave Casey, Ontonaton, Mich; five
sons, John, Richard and Joseph, all of Abrams, George of Crystal Falls,
Mich., and Henry, Rockford, Ill., and a sister, Mrs. Theresa Gokey, Green
Bay. There also are 34 grandchildren and 88 great grandchildren.

Casey is my Great-Grandmother.)
