Max Robert Schwichtenberg, 71, Cedar Rapids, IA., resident for 22 years and retired owner of the Boston Fisheries, died early Sunday at Cedar Rapids after a sudden illness. Born May 21, 1892 in Oconto, WI., he was a veteran of World War 1.

Survivors are his wife Peggy; a son, Howard R., Cedar Rapids; one grandchild and two sisters, Mrs. William Kersten, Green Bay and Mrs. J. A. Terp, Avon Park, Fla.

Memorial services, 3 p.m. Wednesday, Turner Chapel, with the Rev. John W. Reed of First Lutheran Church in charge. burial will be in Cedar Memorial Cemetery.
