. Mrs. Adelore Belongia, 76, of 264 Cook-av died here Tuesday evening at 6:10 of complication following several years illness.
Mrs. Belongia, nee Mary Surprise, was born May 28, 1865 in Oconto and had lived here her entire lifetime.
She was a member of the St. Anne's society of St. Peter's Catholic church.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 from the home on Saturday and at 10:00 a.m. from St. Peter's Catholic church. Rev. Byron Belongia will officiate and burial will be in the Catholic cemetery. The Gagnon Funeral home has charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be William Earl, Edward and John Belongia, Jr., and Walter and William LeMay.
She is survived by her husband, Adelore; fours sons, John, Oconto; Walter, Wauwatosa; Wesley, Kenosha, and Charles at home; two brothers Peter Surprise, of the town of Oconto, and F. X. Surprise, Oconto; five sisters, Mrs. Libby Surprise, West Allis; Mrs. Ida Jaeger, Rhinelander; Mrs. Clara Junco, Mrs. Louise Saucier and Mrs. Ellen LeBreck, all of Oconto; 12 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
