Rites Today for Mrs. Martin Vlies

Funeral services will he held this afternoon at the Gallagher funeral home at two o'clock for Mrs. Martin Vlies, 87, Abrams who died Monday night at Oconto Memorial Hospital.

She was born in the town of Pensaukee Mar. 17, 1878 and lived in Oconto County all of her life. She worked for many years as a switchboard operator at Abrams. Her husband Eli preceded her in death in 1942. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Clara Beckendorf, Green Bay and several nephews and nieces. Burial will be in Brookside cemetery.
