Services Monday for Mrs. Goodchild 

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Fr. L. C. Becker, Monday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Joseph's Catholic Church for Mrs. Mary Goodchild, 75 of Blackwell. Burial was in the Oconto Catholic cemetery.

John and George Merline, P. T. Meeuwsen, W. F. Westfall, Peter McGovern and Thos. McNulty acted as the pallbearers.

Death occurred Thursday morning at 11:55 at the Laona hospital, the cause being stated as poison eczema. Mrs. Goodchild had been ill since July, 1934.

Mary Goulder was born February 10, 1859 in Fond du Lac. She had spent many years in Oconto and was well known here. She married George Goodchild at Stephenson, Michigan, who preceded her in death January 4, 1904.

Surviving are four sons, George of Norway, Michigan, Edward and Frank of Blackwell and Earl of Two Rivers; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Phillips, Oconto, and Mrs. Henry Johas of Muskegon Heights; six sisters, Mrs. Frank Petri, and Mrs. Nancy Dorey of Oconto; Mrs. Martha Coppersmith, Mrs. A. Lavaser and Mrs. W. M. Krueger, all of Green Bay, and Mrs. Earl Crawford of Waupaca; and two brothers, Thomas Goulder of Flint, Michigan and Edward Goulder of Green Bay. Thirty-one grand children and ten great-grandchildren also survive.

People from out-of-town attending the funeral services were: Mr. and Mrs. Earl Crawford of Waupaca; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Lavaser, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Krueger, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Goulder and son, Dan, and Mr. and Mrs. Gred Olson, Green Bay; Frank Goodchild and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Goodchild of Blackwell; Earl Goodchild of Two Rivers; Mrs. and Mrs. George Goodchild and daughter, and Clarence LeMay of Norway, Michigan.
