Requiem for Mrs. Leocadia Gauthier

Funeral services were held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church on Tuesday, at ten o,clock, for Mrs. Leocadia Gauthier, who passed away early Saturday morning at the local hospital. Mrs. Gauthier was 82 years of age, having been born in Belgium on March 30, 1861. Death was caused by her well advanced years.

The requiem high mass was sung by Rev. F. J. Melchiors. Burial took place in the Catholic cemetery. The casket being borne by Messrs. Albert, Con, Louis, Peter and Xavier Gauthier and Richard Courtion.

Mrs. Gauthier was a faithful member of St. Anthony's parish, and of the Christian Mother Society. This group met Sunday at the O'Neill Funeral Home, where the remains lay in state until the time of rites, and recited the rosary.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Theo. St. Aubin of Little Chute, Frances Mary of Milwaukee; seven sons, Adolph of Oakmont, Pennsylvania, Denis, Eugene, Leo, William, and Paul of this community and Raymond of Suring; four daughters-in-laws and several grandchildren and great grand children.
