Dies Today At Hospital

OCONTO-- Mrs. Marie A Couillard, 65, a lifelong resident of Oconto County, died today at Oconto Hospital. She had been ill since early, this month with a heart ailment.

Mrs. Couillard, who lived at 610 Mains St., worked for 30 years in the county treasurer's office. She was a member of Oconto Eastern Star.

Final rites for Mrs. Couillard, who was born December 18, 1890, at Little Suamico, have not been completed. The body is at Gallagher funeral home.

Survivors are a son, John Edwin Couillard of Minneapolis; her mother, Mrs Kate Grosse of Little Suamico; two brothers, Kenneth and Giles Grosse of Little Suamico; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Jolly of Milwaukee and Mrs Harry Ahlers of Surgeon Bay, and two grandchildren.

Her husband, Asa Couillard, died in 1936.

Marie was the daughter of John Grosse, Jr. and Kate Windross
