Margaret was employed as a housekeeper at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay from 1934 until her retirement some 50 years later. She has resided in Suring since 1992 and was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Suring.
Survivors include her sister, Sister Wilhelmine Dessart of St. Francis Convent in Springfield, IL; nieces and nephews: Florence (Richard) Klawitter and Edward J. Dessart all of Suring; Louise Setum, Pamela (Richard) Brackmann, Rodney (Karen) Setum and their children Stephanie and Zachary all of Waukesha; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents a sister, Sister Westremunde; a brother and sister-in-law, John and (Myrtle Tousey) Dessert, and her nephew, Robert W. Setum.
Visitation was held Tuesday, December 19 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Suring beginning at 10 a.m. until funeral services 11 a.m. Spring burial in the church cemetery. Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
