DEATH CLAIMS MRS. JOHN PORTERFIELD AT KAUKAUNA

Last evening at 5:30 death claimed Mrs. John (Martha E.) Porterfield at the home of her daughter, Edit, 317 Taylor-av, Kaukauna. Mrs Porterfield, 68, was an Oconto resident all her life and has resided at 337 Madison-st. For the past ten yeas she has spent the winter months with her daughter, and was in Kaukauna at the time of her death, which followed a short illness.

Funeral services tentatively have been set for two o'clock Saturday afternoon. she was brought to Oconto late last evening. Gallagher funeral home will have charge of arrangements.

She is survived by three daughters, Edit, Kaukauna; Bernice, Oshkosh, and Mrs. Adrian LeMay, Oconto and two sons, Charles N. of Channing, Michigan and Allen of Green Bay. There are six grandchildren.

NOTE: Martha was Martha Etta Matravers daughter of John Matravers and Matilda Clark.
