McFadden, Marjorie

Marjorie E. McFadden, 83, Oconto, was welcomed home to heaven on Sunday, July 24, 2016 by the love of her life, Stanley. Marjorie was born in Pound to the late Edward and Clara (Roehl) Ahrens. She was united in marriage on January 13, 1951 to Stanley McFadden. He preceded her in death on November 22, 1999. Marjorie worked at Bond Pickle Co. most of her life. She loved her pets, enjoyed watching her grand kids grow up, and playing cards. Marjorie was a member of United Methodist Church, Oconto, and AMVETS Auxiliary.

Marjorie is survived by five children, Linda (Raymond) Frewerd, FL; Richard (Lynne) McFadden, Oconto; Violet (Gary) Hornick, Oconto; Donna (Jeffrey) Heroux, Oconto; Carol (Jeff) Rouer, Oconto; daughter-in-law, Rose McFadden, Oconto; fifteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas McFadden, brother, Glenn Ahrens, granddaughter, Tasha Frewerd, and grandson Emil Garcia.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 4 to 8 PM Thursday, July 28, 2016. Visitation will continue on Friday, July 29, 2016 from 10 to 11 AM at the Untied Methodist Church, Oconto. Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Friday at the church with the Rev. David Henke officiating. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.gallagherfuneralhome.net.
