Oconto-Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Armstrong will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal church here at two pm Sunday afternoon, with the Rev. John G. Hilton officiating. Interment will be in the Oconto Evergreen cemetery. Mrs. Armstrong died at her home early Friday morning.

She was born in Dane county and was married at Stoughton to the late Dr. C.E. Armstrong. Dr. and Mrs. Armstrong came to Oconto in 1890. The survivors include a daughter Mrs. Herbert Lord, Madison; a son, William, Milwaukee; two grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. W.W. Newkirk, Stoughton, Wis., Mrs. Rena Schumacher, Madison. A son-in-law, Lieutenant Commander Herbert Lord is on active duty at San Francisco and will be unable to attend the funeral. The body will lie in state at the MacQueen chapel from 3 today until just before the church services.
