Mary Des Jardin LeFEVRE

Mrs. Mary LeFevre, 72, well known Brookside resident while visiting at the home of her daughter in Couillardville, died at 11:50 (June 4, 1938) Tuesday night following a stroke of paralysis suffered Sunday. The body was removed to the Gagnon Funeral home here, and services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Methodist church, Brookside. Interment will be in the Brookside Cemetery. Mrs. LeFevre was born in Dykesville June 8, 1865, and has resided at Brookside for 47 years.

She is survived by three sons, Basil, chairman of the town of Pensaukee, Brookside. Joseph of Green Bay, and Abraham at home: five daughters, Mrs. William Fashelt, Mrs. William Longrie, Mrs. Matravers of Brookside, Mrs. George Flynn, Couillardville, and Mrs. Joseph Plaus, Stiles; one brother, Basil Des Jardin, Gervais, Ore; 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
