The deceased was born in Bohemia in 1863, and came to the United States with her parents in 1868. (note, those two dates are switched in the original obituary) In 1887 she married Charles Swoboda. Seven years later they movwed on a farm near Spruce, where she lived until her death.
Survivors are her husband and one son, J. Charles at home, four daughters, Mrs. Anna Sorenson, of Green Bay, Mrs. Agnes Crowner, of Oshkosh, Mrs. Emma Kurowski and Mrs. Clara Roeppel, of Pulaski and eight grandchildren. Pallbearers were James Konop, Frank Blazek, Frandk Hoffman, Charles Hoffman, Joseph Kerschek and John Kerschek.
