Mildred Cleerman Bailey

GILLETT - Mildred M. Bailey, 87 formerly of Stiles, died Thursday evening, November I 1, 1999 at the Gillett Nursing Home. She was born March 23, 1912 in Green Bay to Frank and Martha (Geranden) Cleerman. Mrs. Bailey lived in Florida for 25 years where she was employed at Kraft Foods. She retired to Stiles in 1989 where she was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Survivors are two daughters, Shirley M. Bourassa-Younger, Stiles; and the late Dr. Jerome Younger; LaVerne Sexton, Stiles; and the late Earl Sexton; 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren; two sisters-in- law, Joyce and Edith Bourassa both of Oconto Falls; nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husbands, she was also preceded in death by two infant sons, one infant daughter, two brothers, two sisters, one grandson and one great granddaughter.

The funeral was held Monday, November 15 at Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls with the Rev. John Gallagher officiating. Cremation followed with burial of the urn in the Abrams-Stiles Catholic Cemetery. The family of Mildred M. Bailey would like to thank Dr. Clyde Siefert and the entire staff of the Gillett Nursing Home for the fine care they gave to, Mildred over the years.
