Mrs. Margaret Voy, 92, a resident of Oconto county for 80 years, succumbed Friday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gust Metander, Oconto Falls, of infirmities due to old age.

Funeral services were held at nine Monday morning from St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Oconto Falls, with the Rev. Fr. P.J. Grosnick officiating with interment in the family lot in the Evergreen cemetery here.

Margaret Burns was born in County Caven, Ireland in 1841; she came to America when she was 12 years old with her brother and sister. Forty-nine years ago she was married to Michael Voy, who preceded her in death.

The past ten years Mrs. Voy has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Gust Metander, who survives together with four step-children, Andrew Voy, Oconto; Thomas Voy, Washington; Mrs. Julia DonLevy, Milwaukee, and Mrs. William Fitzsimmons, Chicago.
