Michael Bingenheirner, 52, died with his family at his side at his home in Townsend, WI, on Tuesday, June 13, 2000.

He was born in Milwaukee on July 30, 1947, the son of, Norman and Geraldine (Dober) Bingeneimer. After graduating from Muskego High School, Michael worked for Pepsi-Cola for 23 years. After marrying Cheryl Doege on May 19, 1979, they moved to Townsend, which Michael had always wanted to do. While there, Michael worked as the Townsend/Lakewood route carrier for the Green Bay Press Gazette and also spent time at what he considered to be his most enjoyable job, Mike's Lawn Care. Michael has always had a true love of the Northwoods, and loved living here and raising two of his three children here. While he loved the area and his work, the most important love of his life was his family and he will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, Townsend; children, Steve of Milwaukee; Ryan of Green Bay; Kristy of Townsend; mother, Geraldine of Townsend; sisters-in- law, Sue Doege, Wauwatosa, WI; Joanne (Jim) Kolton, Milwaukee; brother-in-law, Don (Chris) Doege, Hales Corners, WI. Michael is further survived by uncles; an aunt; one nephew; five nieces; cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman.

Private services for Michael were held at Suminski Funeral Home in Wabeno.
