Antonia Smurawa was born in Poland, Jan 15, 1864. She came to this
country at age 12 with her parents.
She married John Smurawa in Detroit, Mich. The couple then moved to Pulaski. After her husband's death in 1921, she lived into the village of Pulaski.
She was a member of the Third Order of St.F rancis and the Rosary Society.
Survivors are two daughters; Mrs Julia Wojkiewicz
of Hofa Park and Mrs Katherine Bartkowiak of Pulaski; three sons Louis
at home ;John and Andrew of Pulaski, 32 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
The body is at Marnocha Funeral home where it will remain until services
are held in St Mary's Catholic church for 9:30 thusday morning with Rev.Cyprian
Gmerek officating. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home each
evening. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
