MRS. ARNOLD HERMAN,
RESIDENT OF LENA,
CLAIMED BY DEATH

Mrs. Arnold Herman, born in Stevens Point, July 13, 1883, died suddenly at her home in Lena at 2:45 a. m. Sunday. Her death was the result of an illness which lasted for a period of about two years. Although her condition was considered as serious, her death was a shock to her immediate relatives and friends.

She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Walter Fabry, Oconto, and Miss Kathryn Herman of Lena; two sisters, Mrs. Harvey Willard of Stevens Point and Mrs. Rudolph Schwarz of Escanaba Mich.

Services were held Wednesday at the M. E. church in Lena, Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery at Oconto.

The flower girls were Edith Chesley, Dorothy Peterson, Phyllis Reeves and Arvilla Stein. The pallbearers were Charles Robins, William L. Chesley, Peter Lucas, J. S. Peterson, A. B. Reeves and Ralph Leeseberg.

Mrs. Herman was beloved by all who knew her. Always ready to, help in time of sickness, always with a smile and word of comfort, she was among the first to enter the house where sickness or death had called. She was a member of the M .E. church and took a very active part in all church activities.

Relatives from out-of-town who attended the funeral were; Mrs. Harvey Willard of Stevens Point; Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Schwarz, son, Rudolph, Jr., and daughter Caroline of Escanaba, Mich.; Mrs. Harry Kittsley, son, Scott Loren, and daughter, Carol Jane, Mrs. Lenore Harms of Port Washington; Mr. and Mrs. William Herman, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Booth and son, Raymond, Mrs. John Schmidt of Stevens Point.
