DIES IN HOSPITAL; 
RITES AT GILLETT

GILLETT (PG)—Mrs. Irvin H. Miller, 63, the former Lucy Roberta Schweers died Monday noon in the Oconto Falls Hospital. She was the wife of the druggist here and had been in ill health for five years.

She was born in Shawano Nov. 27, 1894, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Schweers. She was a graduate of Shawano High School and was married in Shawano Feb. 10, 1923.

She and her husband moved to Gillett 30 years ago. Mrs. Miller was a charter member of the Gillett American Legion Auxiliary and had served as treasurer for 13 years. She also was active as a member and officer of the St. John Catholic Altar Society and the Gillett Woman's Club.

Survivors besides her husband, are a son, John, Gillett; a daughter, Mrs. Ernest (Mary) Coe, Chicago; a sister, Mrs. Art (Catherine) Marshall, Janesville; two brothers, Lester Schweers, Shawano, and Malcolm Schweers, Chicago, and four granddaughters. A sister preceded her in death.

The parish Rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock tonight at the Kuehl Funeral Home here. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Michael Bablitch at 10 a. m. Wednesday in St. John Catholic Church here. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
