She was born in Oconto on May 13, 1912 to the late Herman and Cora (Regal) Rinka. Lucille is survived by a daughter, Margaret Conkie of Lisbon, Ohio and a son, Richard Shimek and wife, Shirley of Sunland; five grandchildren and one greatgrandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Shimek, a brother, Clarence, a sister, Ruth and a son-in-law, Willis Conkle. Interment was in Glen Haven. Memorial Park, Sylmar, California.
