COLEMAN, - Lydia (Nasgovitz) Saxton, 97, formerly of Coleman, died Monday, March 6, 2000 at Sharpe Care, Ltd. in Oconto Falls. The daughter of the late Louis and Minnie (Kostrova) Nasgovitz was born January 25, 1903 in Coleman. She was married to Joseph Saxton in Flint, MI and they resided in Flint. He preceded her in death in 1970 and Lydia moved to Oconto Falls in 1990 where she resided at Sharpe Care, Ltd.

Surviving are two children, Tracy Saxton of. Flint, MI and Darwin Saxton of Los Angeles, CA; one brother, John Nasgovitz of Coleman; and three sisters, Edith Nasgovitz and Theresa Badora of Coleman, and Emily Swenty of Lena.

She was preceded in death by one son, Guy Saxton; two brothers, Ed and Gust Nasgovitz; one sister, Alma Horack.

Friends may call at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman, from 4-7 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be held Friday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Dennis Reinhold officiating. Burial will be in the First Baptist Cemetery, Pound.
