Lorraine was born an November 2 8, 1922 in Edgar, WI, the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Hall Lemmer . On January 10, 1945 she married Marvin Emil Viegut. She was a life long resident of Waukesha until their retirement in 1986. She was a member of St. Mary of The Lakes Catholic Church, Lakewood, where she belonged to the Rosary Society and the church choir.
Lorraine will be sadly missed by her loving husband Marvin Emil Viegut, Townsend; son, John (Linda) Viegut. Eagle; daughters Mary (David) Scarce Waukesha, Dorothy (Larry) Hanson, Sussex; Dawn (Art) Mueller. Watertown, MN; sisters, Mary Steiber, Wausau; Dorothy Mauerer, Hayward; Theresa (Alex) Szymanski, Marathon; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, and one furry friend, Spirit,
She was preceded by her parents and 12 brothers an d sisters.
Visitation was on Thursday July 27 from 5-8 p m. at St. Mary of The Lakes Catholic Church, Lakewood, with prayer service and rosary at 7. Visitation continued on Friday at 10 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 with Father Richard Ver Bust officiating, Interment at St Mary's Catholic Cemetery
