Lorraine L. Pivonka, 65, of 11404 Brazeau Town Hall Lane, Pound, died Wednesday, November, 11 1998 at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay following a long illness of Lupus. The daughter of the late William and Bertha (Kootrova) Filkins was born December 11, l932 in Chicago, IL. She was married to Loddie Pivonka on August 25,1962 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Klondike. Lorraine was employed for Coleman products in Coleman. She was a member of Ss. Francis & Wenceslaus Church, Klondike and a former member of the Coleman-Pound Lioness Club.

Surviving are her husband, Loddie; five children: Doreen (Ken) Nasgovitz, Pound; David Pivonka of Chilton, Dale Pivonka and special friend, Marie Erdman of Coleman; Glenn (Laurie) Pivonka of Rost Lake and Susan (Dane) Manning of Oconto Falls; five grandchildren; two sisters, Violet (Ben) Kirkey and Shirley (George) Madon all of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers; Leslie "Bud" and Walter Filkins.

Friends called at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman. Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Ss. Francis & Wenceslaus Church, Klondike. Interment was in St. Wenceslaus Catholic Cemetery Klondike.
