Leon Belongia died at the home of his son, Simon in the town of Little River Monday evening of old age.
Deceased was born in Canada May 8, 1838, and had been a resident of the county for the past sixty years.
He is survived by seven sons, Napoleon of Waukesha, and Phillip, Oliver, Frank, Edward, Simon and John of the town of Little River.
The funeral was held this morning
at nine o'clock from St. Peter's church, Rev. Fr. Looze officiating with
internment in Catholic cemetery. Six sons of deceased of the town
of Little River acted as pallbearers.
