Funeral services for Loren Couillard, 57, of 906 Elizabeth Ave., Mainette, who died Wednesday morning at Marinette General Hospital following a long illness, will be held Friday at 2p.m. at Thielen funeral home Marinette.
The Rev. A.A.Gentz will officiate and burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Peshigo.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. today and until time of services Friday.
A memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Couillard was born at Marinette April 14, 1914 and soent his early life here. He worked as a steeplejack in Massachusetts and Chicago, Ill. and was also employed in foundry work at Chicago for some time. In 1950, Mr. Couillard began employment with American Can Company, Menominee, until 1959, at which time he joined the chemical department of American Motors, Milwaukee, until his retirement in 1964, due to failing health.
He married the former Clara Bannow at Peshigo
april 20, 1935. She survives along with two sone, Richard of Marinette and James at home; four daughters,
Mrs. Raymond Biehl of Wausaukee, Mrs. Dale Sieloff of Marinette, Mrs. Dale Destrampe of Menominee Falls
and Penny, at home; four sisters, Mrs. William Roeder of Marinette, Mrs. William Robenson of Minneapolis,
Minn.; Mrs. Robert Rollins of Vero Beach, Fla, and Mrs. Francis Feuerstahler of Hubertus, and 12 grandchildren.
