Funeral services for Lawrence "Larry" Leigh 95, Oconto, were held Tuesday, Nov. 20 at Gallagher Funeral Home. Rev William Bippus officiated with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.

He died Wednesday, Nov 7, (wrong date) at Rames Health Center-West Peshtigo.

Born Sept. 16, 1906 at Leigh Town, Oconto County, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur (Hattie Classon) Leigh, he attended Greenwood School in Pensaukee and graduated from Badger Commercial College in Green Bay. He married Helen Koskie and she preceded him in death in 1976. He was a foreman at Great Lakes Shoe Company for 45 years. He was a member of St. Marks's Episcopal Church and the Odd Fellows Lodge.

Survivors include two daughters, Janice M Stock of Oconto, Mrs. Richard (Gloria Jean) Vanhefty of Peshtigo, tow sons, William (Barbara Leigh of Oconto, John (Betty) Leigh of Milwaukee,; a sister Ruth Meyers of Oconto; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; a brother, Elmer Leigh; and a sister, June Delano.
