Lewis A. Hazen, 82, 110 Woodlawn Ave., Green Bay, died Sunday February 3, 1980 at the Oconto hospital after a short illness. He was born Aug. 3,1897 in Oconto and married the former Margaret Jackson. Mr. Hazen operated Bowman Dairy in Oconto before moving to Green Bay where he was employed by Acme Jobbing Co. later he owned and operated a vending machine route in Brown, Oconto and Marinette counties. Survivors are three sisters, Miss Marie Hazen, Oconto, Sister M. Pauline Hazen, St. Louis, Mo., Mrs. Willard (Lillian) LaCombe, Waterford; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife on April 25, 1971. Friends may call at Gallagher-Pinkart Funeral Home, Oconto, after 4 p.m. today. A wake service will be held 8 this evening. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter Catholic Church, Oconto, with the Rev. Herbert Silko officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Oconto
