Aged Lady Dies At Sanitarium (second wife of Jacob Couillard)

Mrs. Laura Couillard passed away at the Weyauwega Sanitarium, Saturday at the age of 81. Death was due to the infirmities of old age.

She was born in Vermont, December 12, 1841. Her husband was Jacob Couillard, of Couillardville, who passed away before her several years ago.

The children who survive are two sons, Mark and Edward, a daughter, Mrs. R.N. Main, living in California.

Out of town people who attended the funeral were Mark Couillard and daughter, Doris, of Chicago; D. Johnson; Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. William Johnson, of Stiles; J.W. Johnson of Green Bay; Mr. and Mrs. Desire Laduron of Brookside; Mr. and Mrs. Sam Couillard of Couillardville.

The remains were brought from Weyauwega on Tuesday, and awaited burial at MacQueen's Undertaking Parlors. Funeral services were held from the undertaking parlors yesterday afternoon, the Rev. Garrison officiating. Internment was made in Evergreen Cemetery.
